Degree Certification Letters

Degree Certification letters for awarded degrees (posted to the student's record) can be ordered in person at 333 East Campus Mall, #10101 or by mailing in a request. They are generally produced while you wait; if requested by mail, please allow 2-3 business days in our office in addition to mail transit time. As a convenience to our customers who verify multiple degrees throughout the year, we have contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to verify UW-Madison degrees. Their contact information is:
