authorized for the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Only these
certificates appear on the student's transcript . Listed after each
certificate is the code for the College or School though which it can be
obtained and the level of student to which it is available. The
information contained herein is subject to change. No part of this
publication should be considered as a contract or an offer to
contract.
