Degree Certification Letters
Degree Certification letters for awarded degrees (posted to the student's record) can be ordered in person at 21 N. Park Street, Suite 7223. They are generally produced while you wait; if requested by mail, please allow 2-3 business days in our office in addition to mail transit time. (You will need to provide a pre-addressed, pre-stamped envelope. Mail request to: Customer Service-Degree Letter, 21 N. Park Street, Suite 7223, Madison, WI, 53715-1218.)
As a convenience to our customers who verify multiple degrees throughout the year, we have contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to verify UW-Madison degrees. Their contact information is:
